The Job

• Develop strategic messaging: craft and implement a comprehensive marketing and communication strategy that effectively communicates the benefits of farm-scale digesters. Tailor messages to resonate with different stakeholders, from policymakers to farmers.
• Lobbying and advocacy: lead lobbying efforts in core markets, engaging with relevant government bodies and industry associations. Build relationships to influence policies in favor of farm-scale digesters.
• Cross-functional collaboration: collaborate with country managers to provide guidance and support in markets without a dedicated senior manager. Ensure consistent messaging and strategy implementation.

Your competences

• Experience: 8+ years of experience in corporate affairs, communication, marketing, or related fields.
  
• Skills: proven ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and translate them into clear and compelling messages for various audiences. Strong strategic thinking and leadership skills.
• Personality: proactive, thrives in a dynamic environment, possesses excellent interpersonal skills, and can effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Languages: fluent in Dutch & English, German, Italian or French are a great plus.
