Your role as our digital marketeer:

As a key member of our Marketing & Sales Enablement team, you drive Biolectric’s digital strategy and execution: helping us generate qualified leads, strengthen our brand visibility, and support commercial growth under the guidance of our Head of Marketing.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Develop, plan, and optimize digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEA, social media, email, display) to boost lead generation and conversion.

  • Manage and continuously improve Biolectric’s online presence and website content.

  • Work closely with the sales team to align campaigns with business targets and sales funnels.

  • Create engaging digital assets: landing pages, newsletters, automation flows, visuals and ad creatives.

  • Coordinate and brief external partners such as distributors, agencies, media, and freelancers when needed.

  • Design, coordinate, and produce engaging offline marketing materials, including prints, brochures, banners, and promotional merchandise.

  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of company events such as open days, trade fairs, press events, industry awards, and other promotional activities.

 

We think you’ll do well if...

  • You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or Business Economics.

  • You bring 2–3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing — you know how to turn ideas into measurable results.

  • You’re creative and analytical, with a drive to make an impact in a growing international environment.

  • You feel at home working with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Adobe Suite, WordPress, and Mailchimp.

  • You’re fluent in English, and you can easily switch to Dutch and/or French when needed. (German is a plus!)
